What payment methods do you accept?

All payments are processed securely through Shopify. You can pay using Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, MasterCard debit, Maestro, Apple Pay and American Express.

Additionally you can also choose to check out with Klarna, using all major credit cards, pay later or slice up the payments on your purchase.

Will I have to pay duties and taxes?

25% sales tax (VAT) is included in the price for customers within the EU. For international customers, customs duty or sales tax may occur, depending on your local customs duties. Please note that these charges are at your own expense.

How much will I be charged for shipping and how long will it take?

Sweden: Free standard shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery 2-5 business days.

Denmark: Standard shipping €15 - Free shipping on all orders over €300. Estimated delivery 2-5 business days.

EU: Standard shipping €20 - Free shipping on orders over €30. Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days.

Rest of the world: Standard shipping €20. Estimated delivery 7-14 business days.

**Small goods standard shipping €10 or €5 for letter service *not traceable and at your own responsibility.

Do you make custom products upon request?

Depending on your request we make personalized orders. Please see the custom orders page for more info.

What kind of leather do you use?

We only use recycled leather from secondhand leather garments, supporting various charity organizations all over the EU. Read more on our about page here.

When do you have sales?

We don't. This is due to the fact that CF bags are designed and produced to last for a long period of time. You don't have to consider whether or not the particular item will be on sale later on. It won't!
