PRODUCT CARE

All CHRISTINA FISCHER bags are made to last and we hope you will enjoy it for a long time. To ensure longevity please read the care guide below carefully. When not in use, store your bag in the dust bag provided. To maintain the shape of the bag, fill it with paper or recycled plastic - never newspaper, which will smear.
 

LEATHER

We highly recommend that you spray your bag with a protective spray for leather before use and follow up regularly. It will make the leather more resistant to moisture, dirt, etc. If your bags gets a stain, never submerge the leather in water, spot clean with a damp cloth and a mild soap, if necessary. All leather loses moisture over time, we recommend that you regularly condition your bag to keep the leather supple.

SUEDE

We highly recommend that you spray your bag with a protective spray for suede before use and follow up regularly. Remove dirt and stains by using a suede brush to brush the skin gently up again. You can not use leather conditioner, cream or fat on suede. Please keep in mind that suede bag are not appropriate for rainy days. 

FUR

Avoid storing any fur items in direct sunlight and never store in unbreathable bags such as plastic bags. Avoid spraying hair spray and perfumes on your fur. Please keep in mind that fur items are not appropriate for rainy days. All though most fur will withstand light rain and snow. If your fur item is mildly wet, simply hang it to dry in a well-ventilated room. Keep away from high heat sources such as blow dryers and radiators. Once the fur is dry, give it a shake; never comb or brush fur.

LINEN

Linen is like wool a self cleaning material it doesn't need a lot washing. You can simply air it out, which is pretty neat.

Wash linen on low temperatures, use the gentle machine cycle and a mild detergent to protect the fibres. Give it a shake and hang it to dry on a clothing hanger followed by ironing.
