All our packages are sent through Postnord and are fully traceable. You will automatically receive a confirmation email when your order has been shipped.

25% sales tax (VAT) is included in the price for customers within the EU. For international customers, customs duty or sales tax may occur, depending on you local customs duties. Please note that these charges are at your own expense.

If 72 hours have gone by since receiving the product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
