
Shipping isn’t free — there, I said it. I know no one likes to pay for it, but for small businesses it’s a real cost (and the rates keep rising every year). I charge a flat rate of €20 on all international orders under €300.
Processing time
Most CF pieces are made to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for them to be made and shipped. Items marked with ** may take 2–4 weeks to produce.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Rates & delivery times
Sweden: Free standard shipping on all orders (2–5 business days).
Denmark: €15 shipping / free on orders over €300 (2–5 business days).
EU: €20 shipping / free on orders over €300 (5–10 business days).
Rest of the world: €20 shipping (7–14 business days).
All packages are sent through PostNord with standard shipping.
Taxes & duties
For EU customers, 25% VAT is already included in the listed price.
For international orders, customs duties or local taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the purchase price and remain the customer’s responsibility.
Returns
I do accept returns — but as a one-woman show, I kindly ask that you read the descriptions carefully, check the images, and reach out for measurements or extra details before purchasing. It helps avoid unnecessary returns and keeps things more sustainable.
How to return
Notify me within 14 days of receiving your item if you wish to return it.
Send the item back within 7 days after notifying me.
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Please keep proof of postage in case of any issues.
If the return timeframe isn’t met, refunds will be issued as store credit only (to be used on future purchases). A return fee of €15 will also be deducted to cover transaction costs.
Refunds are issued once I’ve received the item back in its original condition. Initial postage costs are non-refundable. Please note I cannot take responsibility for customs duties or taxes.
