How much does shipping cost?
Shipping isn’t free - there, I said it. No one likes to pay for it, but for small businesses, it’s a real cost (and rates increase every year). I charge a flat rate of €20 on all international orders under €300.
Will I have to pay duties and taxes?
For customers within the EU, a 25% sales tax (VAT) is included in the listed price.
For international orders, customs duties or local sales taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.
When will I get my order?
Most CF pieces are made to order, please allow 5-7 business days for them to be made and shipped. Items marked with ** have a 2 to 4 weeks production time.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
What is the return policy?
I will of course accept returns, however being a ‘one woman show’ please pay attention to the description/images and feel free to request measurements and ask further questions to avoid unnecessary returns. Read more here.
Do you make custom products upon request?
Yes - I love creating custom pieces. Custom orders work best when based on existing designs from my collection. If you're interested, please reach out via the contact page with your request. I’ll get back to you with my availability and the next steps.
Where are your products manufactured?
All CHRISTINA FISCHER pieces are handcrafted in my atelier in Helsingborg, Sweden. I work exclusively with high-quality materials and focus on aesthetics, craftsmanship, and sustainability - always creating new from old. Even the smallest offcuts are reused or saved for future projects.
CF collect is a curated collection of vintage and secondhand pieces. I carefully select and care for each piece to ensure the highest quality.
When do you have sales?
No, I don’t run sales or offer discounts. It’s a matter of loyalty and integrity. I believe it can devalue a brand. Instead, I produce limited quantities to reduce waste and focus on trans-seasonal designs made to last. That means you’ll never have to wonder if an item will go on sale later - it won’t. If you love it, it’s worth it.
