Shipping & Returns

Shipping is not free. There I said it… No one wants to pay for it, no one wants to talk about it. But do you know how much it costs a small business to ship packages? Before I got in the retail business, I had no idea either, but it's shockingly expensive, and rates increase every year.

I’ve decided to start charging for shipping on all orders under the value of €300. Starting now, standard international shipping is one flat rate of €20 📦 

SHIPPING

Most CHRISTINA FISCHER bags are made to order, please allow 5-7 business days for them to be made and shipped. Items marked with ** have a 2 to 4 weeks production time. Should you have any questions then please contact us at info@christinafischer.dk 

Sweden:

Free standard shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery 2-5 business days.

Denmark:

Standard shipping €15 - Free shipping on all orders over €300. Estimated delivery 2-5 business days.

EU: 

Standard shipping €20 - Free shipping on orders over €300. Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days.

*Small goods standard shipping €10 or €5 for economy shipping (letter service) **not traceable and at your own responsibility.

Rest of the world:

Standard shipping €20. Estimated delivery 7-14 business days.

All our packages are sent through Postnord. Standard shipping is fully traceable. You will automatically receive a confirmation email when your order has been shipped.

25% sales tax (VAT) is included in the price for customers within the EU. For international customers, customs duty or sales tax may occur, depending on your local customs duties. Please note that these charges are at your own expense. 

RETURNS

For returns please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the product at info@christinafischer.dk. 

Returns are a costly affair for small companies and due to the rising shipping expenses and the labor involved in returns, unfortunately we have to charge a return fee of €25. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us, may vary. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. As we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item. CHRISTINA FISCHER is not responsible for duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases.

If 72 hours have gone by since receiving the product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Sale items. Only full priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any item that is returned more than 72 hours after delivery

REFUNDS 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
